Andy T. Jones - On the Road of Life

and I must say....I LOVE this show.  It is just so interesting.  I would watch it every day if it was on TV.  The best part about this show?  That it just covers so many interesting plot lines and story lines.  I also love the different actors they have as guest stars.  Makes it a lot of fun.  Anyway, I found myself having trouble falling asleep--a lot was on m mind, and my jaw was sore.  Turns out, I'm suffering from Bruxism.  For those of you who don't know...bruxism is when you grind your teeth in your sleep.  You can get bruxism treatments here.  But it certainly is not the most fun thing in the world to be dealing with.  Anyway, hope everything is doing well!  Talk soon!

This weekend I have decided to go and volunteer to help some older people in the community.  We will be doing fix up around their neighborhood and also working on cars, stuff like that.  One big project we will be doing is building sheds for people.  We will be building backyard garden sheds, so we bought some yard shed plans so we know what we are doing.  It should be a good time because we have the chance to do plenty of work and to really help some people in need.  One thing I always want to do is always help other people because when I need help, I appreciate it so much!

Here are my reasons!

1)  It happens during the day, so there is something exciting going on.
2)  The upsets!  The upsets!  The upsets!  They happen...sometimes more than others.
3)  Passion.  Most of these guys will never sniff a NBA roster.  So this is "it" for them.
4)  Did I

One thing I really enjoy about this time of year is the NCAA basketball tournament.  It is really enjoyable to watch due to all the excitement and fun that is going on. One thing I also wanted to do is to get a job as a photographer on the sidelines at sporting events.  After all, you get to go to the game for FREE (most of the time) and you get  paid to take photos.  How is that for a blast?  Seems like a dream job.  I mean, what else could be that fun.  So, I did some research and talked to my friend's uncle, who has become a stock photographer in his career.   He gets paid for taking photos, and best of all he can take them again and again and again, and get paid again and again on photos.  Not a bad job, if you can get it!

Anyway, I'm off to go watch some games!

My good friend, Ryan, has decided to become a welder!  I'm really excited for him because he has been working hard getting out of school recently.  He was addicted to drugs for a long time, and almost went to prison since he got caught up with the wrong crowd.  Luckily, he got control of himself.  He has always had amazing talent when working with his hands.  He can literally fix anything, or make anything.  Its really impressive.

I asked him what type of welding he wants to do, and he said he likes to weld anything.  He wants to work on cars, to work on boats, to work on buildings, construction, and he is even interested i

What did you want to be when you were growing up?  Most people the answer most certainly isn't what they are doing now.  So why aren't you, at least in your spare time, going for THAT.  Of course you can be watching television and you have kid stuff, but you only have one shot at this thing called life!

Recently I decided that I wanted to become a beekeeper so I have started on my journey.  Why am I interested in that?  Well, I like honey, I like nature, and I like going and enjoy and being outside.  Also honey bees are extremely important to civilization.  Einstein (someone who I think you'd agree was pretty smart) said that if the bee population died the human race would become extinct within a few years.  Why are they so important?  Because without the pollen of bees the food supply would shrink, shrink, and more shrink.  Also, I think without honey people would certainly get mad and upset. :)

The sun is shining, it is getting warmer here, and I just can't wait to start the week.  Its amazing how some people get so frustrated in life looking at the tiny things, the unimportant things, when there are so many good and positive things going on.  Unfortunately negative sells.  I was just reading the other day about how many women are suffering from ovarian cysts but there are new and exciting ovarian cyst treatments being discovered.

We live in exciting times.  Yes, there are negative things going on in the world, but there are tons of positive things going on also, and you have to decide what to focus on, the positive or the negative.  Granted, you don't want to bury your head in the sand and say nothing negative is going on, but there is tons of positive stuff!  Be happy!  Be positive!

It sure is easy to get caught up in the day to day life.  What is more important, however, is focusing on our blessings.  Just thinking about what is going on regarding Egypt, Libya, China, and other parts of the world where they don't enjoy freedom is scary.  At the same time we must not get complacent with things in our life, we must be always on the lookout to guard our own freedoms.  Be great, but be watchful.  Human nature is human nature, after all.

It's been raining a lot outside, and there is flooding in the area.  But spring is on the way.  March is such an interesting month and before you know it we'll be in April.  It really is amazing how time just flies!

March Madness (the basketball tournament) is almost here.  Talk about a GREAT time to be a sports and basketball fan, it really is amazing.
